Farquhar and Hettie’s / My Cape Breton Home (Waltzes) ***
The first of these fine ceilidh waltzes was written by fiddle and accordion player Farquhar MacRae from Moidart in the West Highlands of Scotland and is named after him and his wife. The second was written by Cape Breton fiddle player Jerry Holland and both tunes are played widely in Scotland.
